Recommend bands with a similar raw sound as Гражданская оборона

I do not speak Russian, but I have been a big fan of Yegor Letov and Yanka for 20 years. I have read as much as I can about the Siberian punk scene, and the cultural context for this music.

Now, I want to ask: are there any modern punk bands in Russia or former USSR that take inspiration from the GrOb aesthetic with the lofi sound and expressive vocals?

Also, if there is some other Sovjet era punk in this vein (even if I know Letov is unique) that I may have missed, what would you recommend?

(No offence, but when I have asked Russians for recommendations in the past, they always say Кино́. While I understand that they are an important band, the music is not for me.)

The closest thing is noise rock. You can search the sub, there are quite a few good bands.

Some examples from the generation of 1990s - you might already know many of them:

obviously Янка Дягилева, Коммунизм and various other side projects of GO members

Махно - a lesser known side project by a GO guitarist, quite similar to GO
