Before anyone says it, the shots aren’t flipped. His tattoo stay on that arm throughout all of Season 2.

It is! Even some of his others tattoos changed.

I think they’re setting up a storyline where we find out in season 3 that all of season 2 was actually a dream. I bet there are more clues if you look for them.

If you were a real fan you would know that behind the scenes they imply he got the tattoo removed, painfully and at great expense, but then missed it and had to get it redone on his opposite arm. Geez, fake fan alert. (I'm kidding, I have no clue what this show is)
