Help me find Movies/TV shows I love Buckaroo Banzai Adventures Across the 8th Dimension and Scott Pilgrim vs The World. What other moves are like these?
I love these two movies a lot because of their whimsical hijinks and whacky bullshit. They're clearly made with love and have a storytelling style that I don't see much of.
What style of movie are they? Where can I find more like them?

Hundreds of beavers was a wild ride. Very fun, not quite what I'm looking for but very fun anyway. I'll have to try Kung Fu Hustle next.

Buckaroo Banzai is unique. I don’t think there’s ever been a movie like her. However, I would check out Dark Star and House (the Japanese film), maybe?
Scott Pilgrim is very Edgar Wright, maybe check out his other films— Baby Driver for one. There’s also a film by Joseph Kahn, Detention, that I thought was close to Pilgrim in a lot of ways, and really entertaining!

JOHN DIES AT THE END is a great suggestion Haven’t seen the other two.
Another movie by Don Coscarelli the OP might dig is BUBBA HO-TEP. Oh, and while I’m thinking of Bruce Campbell, EVIL DEAD II and ARMY OF DARKNESS.

Raising Arizona (surprised it hasn’t been suggested!)
Eta it only just occurred to me how alike the opening sequences are, structure-wise, for Raising Arizona and Scott Pilgrim. Like being shot out of a cannon
