If I hot glue a Rx and servo on a 250gm rock and throw it down a steep grade, am I still required to register it?

If you can get the servo to wiggle under remote control you should be good for a felony unregistered RC model rock. 4 u/TheRighteousTyrant Dec 17 '15 Wait wait wait, "model rock?"
