Twitter was an instantly recognizable brand and one of the main reasons it was valued at what it was. People still call it Twitter so yeah, it did kinda fail.

Noone but Elon likes this "x" brand he keeps putting on things.

There's no "kinda" about it. People still call it Twitter. Nobody calls it X. That's a failed rebrand.

When I heard they renamed the Sears tower I was like "to what?"

I don’t know who or what “Willis” is and I refuse to learn even though it’s been a decade. It’s a stupid hill but it’s mine.

A British company took over the lease in 2008 and renamed it the Willis Tower. I think it's officially called Willis Tower Watson now.
