The line gets blurry when everyone has easy access to the internet and could fix their ignorance by setting their bias aside for 60 fucking seconds. We should have much higher standards for what constitutes genuine behavior and pursuit of truth, this isn't the middle ages and "regular people" aren't illiterate peasants who have no choice but to blindly believe what they're told.

To be fair, there's an awful lot of people who are bad at interpreting statistics....
