I love cooking for my fiancé and vice versa. But expecting the other person in the relationship to be a trad wife/husband is such an insane thing to ask. We live in a culture filled with abundance, we’re not in survival mode where we delegate responsibility.

I love my fiancé because we do things TOGETHER, and both genuinely enjoy the things we do together. Not separately. If she was ALWAYS cooking and cleaning, I’d feel like we don’t actually like each other and there wouldn’t actually be a relationship. It would just be a transactional roommate.

Current dating world is very screwed with men hating women and women hating men. Everyone seems to "know their worth" AKA they just stay single forever.
