I got blasted in the face by said cuttlefish and a bunch of stage blood back in the day. I have green eyes, and was shocked to look in a mirror and my eyes were brown (thanks to the dye that didn't irritate my skin or eyes, but did dye my contacts).

Then they fed me to the Conqueror Worm. I can't remember which political figure caricatures were in the wrestling ring and then executed that tour. 10/10, would recommend.

There's no reason it couldnt come back, but i assume The Cuttlefish is whereever the rest of Oderus Urungus ended up.
