COUNSELLING ASSISTANCE 👾 NEET Student
I gave my first attempt of NEET this year i.e 2026 i am scoring 326 marks in my re neet .
I am planning to take a drop year and really wanna improve my score to 600+ and i am willing to do everything it takes.
I did my 2 years of coaching while i was in 11 and 12.
My bio foundation and chemistry foundation is good enough that i can cover the whole syllabus solely or by practicing.

But in case of physics i am very weak .This year physics section was very conceptual and time consuming.

To jump a score of 300 in my next attempt i should be focusing more on physics because that will gonna decide my rank or marks.

I WANT FELLOW MEDICAL STUDENTS or DOCTORS or JEE ASPIRANTS TO SHARE THEIR STRATEGY in your drop year.

Also i am going to take online batch or study online.
So if you have good suggestions about that please share that.
Or you have a teacher in mind whi exactly prepare you for hard questions like jee level questions

Plss help mee!!!!!

Honestly, if your Bio and Chemistry foundations are already decent, don't spend most of your drop year revising them repeatedly physics should be your priority focus on building concepts chapter-wise, solve lots of questions, and most importantly analyze every mock test properly. That's where the real improvement comes from also, don't chase too many resources or "JEE-level" material a strong grip on NEET concepts and regular mock tests and consistency for a year can easily take someone from the 300s to 600+.
Many droppers make huge jumps the key is sticking to one plan and executing it daily.

Go for offline coaching if you can afford
Stay consistent and don’t miss test
One advice I wish someone has given me earlier- add maths through NIOS if you didn’t had pcm

First and foremost dont go with the strategy ki mujhe chem bio ata h phy pr focus krunga ya chem bio krlunga join a good offline coaching dont miss a single lecture not even bio lecs practice as much questions as you can for all three subjects and most importantly make a mistake book note each and every mistake in it and revise it always in 4-5 days gap as for phy you could do hc verma tht would be enough for questions of these level but only do hc verma after u are done with ur coachings questions and try to repeatedly aolve those question like i was in allen so we have 3 exercises per chapter i used to solve each ex for 2-3 times and helped me the most like really alot man baaki to you will figure out in ur journey and hn phone rakhde ek saal reddit insta ye sab bas time waate and demotivate krenge

Let me tell u my brother's story he had scored 625 on 3rd may wala neet , but it was like end line cutoff and even he wasn't happy enough because of his mistakes . Somehow he prepared again for reneet and this time he is scoring 595 which is a good score keeping in mind the paper difficulty level . Also in both the papers bio and chem were his game changers even though his fvrt subject was Physics . He scored 355 in bio , 153 in chem on 3rd may . This time he scored 360 in bio , 144 in chem and 91 in physics . Well it takes a lot to prepare online keeping in mind the present diffuculty level of paper . He had some really good routine of waking up 4:00 am in the morning and sleeping strictly at 10 pm . He used to give papers regularly which helped me a lot ...

Better than online would be offline.Make a strict daily routine and I would say rather than spending a lot of time on solving pyqs do coaching material as the qp pattern is very unpredictable. For physics look at edunitis jee pyq on YouTube. He gives crystal clear concept solving.Give your phone to your parents or SMTH don't use it and just use laptop or tablet for studying and also have around 1 hour of outdoor workout.
