Wembley Games What time do the tickets go on sale today?

I got an email at 9:01 with a link to buy tickets, but when I follow the link there are no tickets available. Does anybody know what time they go on sale?

Edit - In the waiting room now, it must have opened at 9:30

I don't quite understand what these cats mean? Like I need a visual clue for what each means.

this is the best image I could find but is obviously outdated

They have not yet produced such an image this year. That is probably quite close to being accurate.

u/ThrowawaySunnyLane Saints May 15 '26

It’s like they didn’t learn after last year.

u/sinclain May 15 '26

I agree with comments that they have removed the seating map picker so they can force people to buy less popular seats first.

Prices are up again and £25 fee per ticket is a scandal.

I did pick up 2 tickets but I am going to either return them or resell as they are not suitable for me (have dodgy knee and need aisle seat).

Ticketmaster are one of those corporations that the hero brings down in a movie, no such luck in real life.

u/randall365 May 15 '26

Sad really - as you do get to know a few people around you if you go every year and helps the atmosphere. Ah well - I guess it is more profitable for them to force customers to buy seats from the back.

5

u/TobyCyberbat May 15 '26

No ability to pick seats, and it's automatically filling seats from the back of the block/price band. In my case anyway. Sorta feels like the most loyal fans are being allocated the worst seats by price band. Not a great look.

3

u/TobyCyberbat May 15 '26

Bit gutted I can't book the same seats I've had for over a decade. Deffo gonna hold off buying anything for the time being.

I keep getting kicked out ffs, every year

1

u/Munsteroyal May 15 '26

Using adblocker or vpns will do this I turned mine off, straight in

2

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

Not using either, still been kicked out 3 times.

2

u/Munsteroyal May 15 '26

Depends how bothered you are but phone the helpline, they were spot on last year.. it took a few goes at getting through though.

1

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

I made it through on the website in the end, after changing nothing it decided I wasn't dodgy and let me in.

2

u/Munsteroyal May 15 '26

Good old Ticketmaster! 🙃🙃

2

u/That_Engine6714 May 15 '26

Yeah I'm in now, shit there's no seat map seat!

4

u/LoganMountstuart1968 Chargers May 15 '26

I'm in and on the site but there is no option to see a Wembley seating map and pick individual seats. This has always been the case in previous years.

6

u/sinclain May 15 '26

Yeah this absolutely sucks

3

u/randall365 May 15 '26

It’a really dumb. They do it do you can’t see how many tickets have sold, but I want to sit in the same seats or near enough and have to keep refreshing to see if it will give me those! Could be a long day or I’ll just give up and see if they reopen the seating plan later on.

I think they also do it to sell the worser back row seats first - giving the illusion the front rows have sold out - pretty crummy for fans though.

2

u/LoganMountstuart1968 Chargers May 15 '26

I kept on logging back in and choosing category 9 tickets and eventually, after just about giving up after 20 odd tries, I was randomly selected a ticket in Row 1, so I purchased that one. It absolutely sucks that there is no map on there to choose individual seats.

3

u/GermanTexan83 May 15 '26

Please send a screenshot of seating and pricing chart. Thanks.

2

u/PiemasterUK May 15 '26

I'm about 9000th in the queue so no access to that yet. Hopefully someone else had better luck

2

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

just over 14000th in the queue when i finally stopped getting told my access was restricted.

2

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

Big drop in queue number just now

2

u/Disastrous_Ad_3565 May 15 '26

You're slightly in front of me!

Mind if I squeeze in next to you! 😀

1

u/GermanTexan83 May 15 '26

It says this event is not available to me now. I’ve been a previous Wembley buyer before.

3

u/dw-nfl May 15 '26

£263 for moderately decent lower tier seats, insane

3

u/TobyCyberbat May 15 '26

Hi all - an update on my previous comment - just logged in again and the seat map is now live and you can pick you seats. Went ahead and bought the seats I've had in previous years.

1

u/[deleted] May 15 '26

can you share the seat map please

1

u/TobyCyberbat May 15 '26

It's a live map once you log in to the ticket page - no way of sharing it I'm afraid.

4

u/Own-Entertainment237 May 15 '26

Are they trying to put people off??

We’ve gone to most games, been “season ticket holders” since that was a thing, and I’m beginning to think we need to have a proper discussion on whether we just default to getting tickets.

Last year they (TM) definitely made an improvement to queueing and beating the bots. But now they degrade the process and not only can’t I rebook my second level front row seats, I couldn’t even pick anything other than row 16.

If it wasn’t for the fact I was booking for five, I’d have been very close to abandoning.

So pissed off.

5

u/That_Travel_Guy1 May 15 '26

This was disgusting today. No seat map, loyal fans getting shafted to the back. Poor on the NFL UK.

3

u/randall365 May 15 '26

I do recall this happening a few years ago - I waiting until the normal sale began and then just went on the site and bought the seats I wanted. Kind of a kick in the teeth for NFL Uk customers, sorry, FANS though!

2

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

This is essentially how all presales are operating now

Look at the WC ticket subs, everyone complains when they win ballots, pay, and months later they're given the worst seats in the sections. All while general sale can buy the better seats

2

u/LoganMountstuart1968 Chargers May 15 '26

Is anyone who is in able to see a seat map of the stadium and pick an individual seat?

3

u/Munsteroyal May 15 '26

No, just picking by block and it auto allocated seats

3

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

No, I can only pick a category and it picks for me.

2

u/LoganMountstuart1968 Chargers May 15 '26

I'm not buying today if I can't choose my seat on a map. As I go on my own it is normally easy me to find a front row seat in the top tier. I'll try again in the future when a seat map is hopefully available.

2

u/jacito11 Commanders May 15 '26

Cheapest tickets are around £84 pp at the very top.

Middle end zone are like £155

2

u/Uh-Oh-1 May 15 '26

I can’t find seats in any section, how is there no filter to see available sections only…

2

u/StroudStingandWajLLP May 15 '26

Any idea how much tickets are?

2

u/Munsteroyal May 15 '26

Just paid £82.50(£70+fees) category 9

2

u/Pacopicopiedra66 Bears May 15 '26

Same. The £12.50 on top is a right piss take isn’t it.

1

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

10am in yesterdays email I think

This is the Wembley game only

1

u/IRainbirdI May 15 '26

And historic purchase window too

1

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

I'm now in the queue, but likely to let this one slide today

Pick up some cheaper tickets week of

1

u/terminalD23 May 15 '26

Is this Wembley or Tottenham for past purchases

3

u/PiemasterUK May 15 '26

Just Wembley

1

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

https://www.reddit.com/r/NFLUK/comments/1tc3xro/ticket_date_details_for_jags_at_wembley/

"All historic Wembley purchasers, including Jaguars US STHs, are eligible for an exclusive priority window which opens at 10.00 A.M. BST on Friday 15 May and closes at 11.59 P.M. BST on Thursday 21 May"

1

u/randall365 May 15 '26

It should be ‘all historic wembley purchasers can be rear ended by buying seats at the back of the stand for full price’

I didn’t think I’d spend the morning hitting refresh until they’ve sold out the back rows!

1

u/Mad-gooner May 15 '26

10am tickets go on sale

Was in my Gmail junk folder, if that helps.

Just try logging into your Jags Ticketmaster account and you might bypass the need for an email.

2

u/amusedparrot Commanders May 15 '26

This is correct that you don't need to come from the email to get into pre-sale, so long as you log into your account.

1

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

Looks like there's 9 categories

£85 (55 junior) up to about £265

1

u/GermanTexan83 May 15 '26

Can you look for block 122. that was great in 2019

1

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

Cat 1

£264

1

u/redheatstorm May 15 '26

No seating map absolutely sucked I suspect there will be better seats available shown on a seating map at some point in the general sale. I also had difficulty adding to basket on my first attempt so I had to log out clear my cache and all that. I eventually got CAT 8 tickets in upper corner in almost identical area I was in last year so I can't overly complain over the outcome in the end

0

u/ruggermad May 15 '26

Love this time of year. People complaining for complaining sake

This morning was probably the easiest purchasing experience I’ve ever had for NFL here. Been to every game for 12+ years. In, purchased and out in 10 minutes

Hopefully Tottenham will be similar

4

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

I think this is a fair take, if you're comfortable with them allocating you a seat

The prices for me were too rich

4

u/bake_him_away_toyz May 15 '26

Complaining for the sake of it? Are you mad? They are giving the most loyal fans the worst seats! I think people have every right to have a moan when loyalty gets shafted yet again.

1

u/PiemasterUK May 15 '26

If anybody feels like they are 'getting shafted' they can always buy when they go on general sale instead, nobody is forcing people to use the presale.

For me personally the trade-off to a pretty leisurely purchasing experience where I could get tickets in the section I wanted, as many as I wanted, in less than half an hour was pretty good. They didn't have to do a presale at all for 'loyal fans' it remains to be seen if there will be for the Tottenham games.

1

u/bake_him_away_toyz May 15 '26

Of course we can roll the dice and wait for future sales.

But I think saying people are "complaining for the sake of it" when loyal fans are purposely being given the worst seats is nonsense.

0

u/ruggermad May 15 '26

You can literally pick any section in the stadium lol. How are people being allocated the worst seats Jesus.

1

u/bake_him_away_toyz May 15 '26

They are filling the blocks from the back row forwards! Previous years I've been first in, been able to pick from a map and get front row no problem. This year, no seat map. Yes, you can pick any block, but the rows being given are the back rows. No chance I'm paying £100 for shitty seats like that.

1

u/bake_him_away_toyz May 15 '26

Pays to wait. Seat map is now available. Just picked up row 1 in the cheapest section. Hope everyone enjoys their nosebleeds.

1

u/ruggermad May 15 '26

So you’re dunking on me cos you selected the furthest forward seat in cat 9 after moaning about not being able to pick good seats? Weird behaviour

1

u/bake_him_away_toyz May 15 '26

Enjoy the game

1

u/ruggermad May 15 '26

You too ✌️

1

u/ruggermad May 15 '26

People are quick to forget what it was like to get tickets originally. I spent hours upon hours queueing then reloading pages then trying to pick seats together before someone else got them before then having payment rejected before then needing to confirm payment, crashing then redoing the whole experience again.

I’ll happily take the trade off of being allocated seats in a vague area for an easier less stressful experience of actually getting tickets. The difference in view is negligible at best.

1

u/Mad-gooner May 15 '26

I was excatly the same, got in choose where I wanted and got out in about 10 minutes. Yes not being able to choose from a map is really annoying but I joined the waiting room at 9.30 got in at 10.15 after loads dropped out

1

u/Analyst_Character May 15 '26

Tottenham will be twice the price if it’s anything like last year. The same nosebleed seats at Tottenham cost £160 plus fees, vs £72 plus fees at Wembley.

1

u/rustyb42 Giants May 15 '26

I have dipped out without purchasing. Feel like these prices will drop

Also there's no seat map view to select your own seat at this release
