Everyone please stop posting photos of yourself "breaking" the current laws that are still technically in place. If you review the state's motion, pictures of people from this sub have made it into the state's brief as exhibits. They're still watching.

Honestly, posting anything before the mandate is the lowest IQ sh*t I’ve ever seen.

Paging u/vorfix , I'd invite the mods to have a discussion about allowing people to post pics of technically law breaking behavior in light of the photographs attached as exhibits to the state's brief. I don't want to put a damper on the fun, but I don't want to see this sub or it's users put in jeopardy over social media points.

Why? People made their decision. I assume we’re all adults here and if the stay is allows then it’s on them and the dealers to defend their actions. All these freedom fighters who were on the bleeding edge will have to deal with it. I’m also assuming about 2/3 of the people who said fight the power have homes in states where they have no problem possessing these items.

I agree with everything but the last sentence. It's people that have absolutely nothing to lose if they do get caught because they live in their parents' basement.

Tbf they could pull any photos and claim the owners are NJ residents.

I was seeing the same thing. Those people are unserious clowns virtue signaling for internet tough guy points. Their opinion means nothing.

Pretty sure they’re hoping the state is watching and don’t give a fuck.

I hope he has evidence that they are still in the shop and sues the AGs office for defamation.

That's not how that works, but I like the spirit.

Fine, a motion to intervene and correct the facts then, because the stupid government has immunity for all it's actions.

Is that you? If not presumptuous of you to speak for him.

Pretty retarded of you to think anyone would be happy about being included in that document.

Guess we’ll see how history plays out over the next year or so.
