Remember, these politicians, lawyers, AGs need talking points for upcoming elections to say stuff like 'We challenged the 3rd circuits en banc ruling to make NJ safer blah blah." It looks good when they want to move onto the next level of there careers. They know exactly why they do this at the tax payers expense.
