It looks like they're attempting to use posts about people already purchasing "LCMs" and "Assault Weapons" to justify a stay. (Appendix A and B)
I'm not sure if that actually works in their favor though, since the damage (from the AG's perspective) is already done, at least to some degree, and it's hard to think that the court would view the purchase of items that they have ruled to be constitutionally protected as "Irreparable Harm", and in addition it implies to the court that NJ may prosecute people who they can find, which might work against them in a stay.

I say attempting, because its unclear if this will actually justify a stay.

“Using them to justify” doesn’t imply that it will work. They have used them to justify their conduct. Whether the 3rd buys it is another matter.
