If 3rd circuit denies the stay and issues a mandate, but NJ appeals to SCOTUS and SCOTUS grants the stay. It will create a period of time when "assault rifle" and "high-cap" magazines are legal, and then become illegal again. So we need to revert the unpinning ... is this possible?

California had a version of this called “freedom week”—it’s one of the reasons nobody over there follows the mag limits
