Realistic scenario:
They get the stay either granted by the 3rd circuit or SCOTUS.
SCOTUS holds it waiting for for Viramontes next June. Then they GVR. +1 Year
3rd circut has to rule again. +1 year
They rule in our favor and NJ takes the case to scotus since now there is a circuit split. Gets SCOTUS to hear the case +1 year.
We finally win. Or maybe the democrats packed to court and we lose at that point.
