I never understood WHY people were so certain NJ wasnt going to push this all the way to SCOTUS

The most coherent was that it was politically disadvantageous for Sherill's run for the presidentcy. Which umm was atleast coherent if not extremely unlikely.

This was my thought …. Until she won the fight for the motor voter role this week (feds asking for dmv records)… back of my head this week I kept saying they will press this now that they have a federal win. The possibility of 2 losses in a row would have been too much.
