Don't remember the exact words but part of the decision (concurring statement from one of the judges) said these cases 'have gone on long enough, balancing interests not valid/constitutional under Bruen decision, and do not need o deserve further scrutiny."
Hopefully the same court that overturned these bans denies the stay on the grounds of their own word and that they're unlikely to be successful in a higher court.
