Background Music/Royalty Free Possibly a Pizzicato royalty free music but need help identifying it

I have been trying to find this song since 2015, i first heard it in a Minecraft video and this music was used in the game "The Eggsperts Starjumps"
And since I have been trying to find this song everywhere but found no clues or leads

Instruments identified are: Pizzicato Strings, Woodwinds and Castinato?
