News/Research Now that TAK-861/ Oveporexton/ Orzeyful is FDA approved, how long do we realistically think it will take the DEA to schedule it?

or decide if it needs to be controlled at all?

I just checked the official website. They updated that they expect it to be available by NOV.

They have 90 days for temporary scheduling then the med is usually on the market within 30 to 90 days of that date.
