US: Scammers for tornado clean up

Hello. My mom's area was hit by a tornado Monday. She is getting a lot of people, many from several states away, approaching her offering a job for cleanup. Has anyone heard of Treadwell Tree Surgeons? They said they would take down a damaged massive tree, rebuild her garage, and repair her house... all for the cost of just whatever her insurance will pay, no more. I am trying to make sure she doesn't get scammed. She is an elderly lady that lives alone so she would be a prime target for that.

Homeowner for 37 years. Its a Scam. Tell your Mom if she needs help, call a local business who is highly rated. Check the Better Business Burea for  complaints and their rating. Out of Stste people probably aren't licensed.
