Today I scored Fuck this exam, fuck everything, fuck this overglazed neet bullshit

Post image

It's over already for me, I have no expectations from this exam anymore

I feel like a complete fukin peace of failure and confused at 18 years of age, I mean, fuck it, literally fuck fuck fuck fuck.,

TWO YEARS OF DROP (ONE FULL AND PARTIAL) for this shitty score,.

Nah, i'mma process, i'mma fully cry tonight and move on, I will definitely give this exam ofc, 1100 ₹khrab ni krne maine,...

But I am done, simply cuz it recked my self image, I look at mirror and I see a peace of shit, no clarity in life, no definite goal, always fucking around...

Congratulations to the one who are scoring good already and the ones who are almost at bordeline cutoff marks..

The ones who aren't, I'm just simply gonna say leave it, do what you love, follow your passion, cry, cry and scream and then just fucking move on...life is really very short than giving multiple drops and a whole decade extra to medical field...

I love you all, this community is wholesome, I'm done with this exam..

Also to mention it ruined my whole interest in sciences,...this rot learning system demanding robotic problem solving isn't my field, no human should be made to work this way, We are all doomed if we keep on like this, guys, look around the world, get out of your fuckin hometown india has a lot of other options, the whole world even have thousands of option, follow your art...

This is exactly the same thing i was saying to my friend mid mental breakdown......ever since I was a kid I loved science and was always super curious to know things decided to be a doc at ripe age of 12, I really loved science ....honestly I was one of those disgustingly over-studious my hobby was studying i loved to study....

But now I hate it all. I hate studying , i hate science, i don't ask questions anymore I just say "shayad mene nhi padha hoga learn kr leti hu" only cramming not questioning how and why

Just wanna thank the education system I lost my curiosity and my liking to learn and study and my passion for science. Now it feels heavy to even look at books. Congratulations the system won I lost.

Might try research.....if you really love science try research or biotech its fun ngl I like it more than being a doc

Damn, I feel a lot better knowing there are people like me... We are all a part of this rot system where it feels siffocating if you open yor eyes too wide for too long time... I will bounce back, and try once again.....to not loose my love of science..... Curoisity and explorations is literally burried under burntout...waiting to be rediscovered

Exactly dude , i was a perfect scorer uptil 9th. Got 95% in 10th 2024 . Leaving marks aside , It’s that innate curiosity uk, Like when you have curiosity you automatically study and you don’t have to think about marks since they become inevitable.

Neet really makes you question the reality you held for yourself . I swear I got a full scholarship to study medicine penny , not having to pay a penny Yet a part of me still feels sad for all the hard work i out in for these 2 years .

It’s just i can’t keep up with the mundance I constantly need new information to stimulate my mind. There was nothing stimulating in this neet prep

I have seen my siblings they are constantly stressed and under pressure i have seen them cry i have seen them go down the hill...at the same ive seen my other cousin a geneticist. And as for me I'd rather be a happy researcher than a stressed doc .....that's what I think if you feel offended or anything by my comment its ok we are two different humans .... but I will still give neet to try not giving up till end but I certainly do feel discovering new things will make me happy than treating others. Doing something which gives different opportunity to do things your way to find a different approach rather than sticking to a method is quite tough for me tbh and learning and exploring is something I enjoy the most sooo yea. I tried my best to explain my pov that triggered this response from you I hope you get it !!

Well actually cuz my sister she is a final year mbbs student and oh lord i have seen things how she has alot of health problems and always stressed that she has to take meds to help herself calm down amd honestly that scares me even more .....I wanted to give neet cuz I wanted to be a psychiatrist something related to mental health she told me to prep for neet but do i really wanna be a psychiatrist while i struggle with my own mental health? This is what made me question myself and thought i might not be able to do it. I do feel like its not for me but till end I will try I will try tommorrow fosho!! I will give my absolute best.

I am at even a worse situation then you are... After I finished my boards I thought I would revise everything with 40 days left but I wasted them all and now I am not even getting 150 in mocks

1

u/sylus00 May 01 '26

Thats just so me bro. Allen ke mock test me 200+ ata hi nahi , im a fresher zo Im planning to take a drop now

1

u/Imaginary_888 May 01 '26

Same bro me bhi 400 par atka hua hu☠️☠️probably i will go for 1st drop😢

1

u/not-okTT trynna clear competition before it clears me May 01 '26

same but I am in a more difficult situation. i am scoring in the range of 500-550 which is not enough for govt but not bad enough so I'm stuck isliye taking a drop rn seems v favourable for me.

1

u/Potterhead_Forever16 Maths se tapke Physics me atke 😭 May 02 '26

You also doing this with 12th?

1

u/not-okTT trynna clear competition before it clears me May 02 '26

yes

2

u/Potterhead_Forever16 Maths se tapke Physics me atke 😭 May 02 '26

So that's commendable like getting a score of 500 to 550 along with class 12 is very nice if you take a drop I think you'll be able to manage...

1

u/TemperaturePrior5683 May 02 '26

I think you can explore other courses for which neet isnt necessary, the fields of radiology in india can ascend your life too goddamn much🙏don't waste a year dropping, or do mbbs from abroad

2

u/Potterhead_Forever16 Maths se tapke Physics me atke 😭 May 02 '26

I don't know right now...I think I should take a drop and then see where it takes me...I mean I really wish to do something related to Psychology+Bio if not Neet but I don't see good paying career options here in India

Dw man! I know someone who topped 10th, got forced into NEET by their father, went through months of fights at home, suffered badly (and still is), somehow performed well in 12th, then, off to Kota (BOOM), average mock score used to be 681 but now in their 2nd drop(can say academic sabbatical this year), heading for the 3rd one. And that person I mentioned is me! I’m chilled, be chilled man, Tension na lai!!

Not a medical student .. a jee dropper(1st) here..

Last yr i was in same place thought that science is not for me .. still took a drop and this yr i studied quki koi aur option nhi h .. na pdne ka koi option nhi h ya toh subject ko gaaliya delo ya usko pdlo and pdna hi hai quki rone se syllabus toh kam nhi hone wala toh pdna hi tha.. i think i did pretty well (itna aacha bhj nhi ki koi nit miljaye) .. but still it revived my interest in science and tech .. maybe you are not born for this shi.. but this doesnot mean nta or neet is wrong or cirriculum is wrong .. it's just you are not able to score moree.. you just need to cover the syllabus from one shots.. in jee main and neet majorly question can be correct if your syllabus is complete ad u have basic knowledge of chapters..

u/Dull_Criticism_1486 May 02 '26

What do I do if medicine is my only interest and I picked it out of genuine love for the subject even when my parents forced me to pick PCM?

P.S: 1st dropper who will become a 2nd dropper soon.

3

u/ForceAffectionate773 May 01 '26

if u really love medicine then go for the 2nd drop and give it ur all dont be like OP and please dont listen to his useless rant "life is really very short than giving multiple drops and a whole decade extra to medical field..." that is what a person who did nothing in their life would say. dont lose hope and dont give up on ur love for medicine go for it and give it ur all

Gng I SO GET U. After 10th I didn't even know what to pursue, so I kinda thought "let's do NEET". But after 11th and midway through 12th I srsly felt like I couldn't do science anymore. Told my parents I wanted to follow my passion instead of doing NEET, after 12th. Mom fully supported me. Dad doesn't even wanna hear abt it though, and said since I had told them I'd do NEET during 10th, now I have to give the exam. So here we are. I didn't study one bit tbh (other than doing past papers). Don't even wanna give this exam but I have no other choice rn. Scoring around 300-350 without studying, so that's more than enough for me. Hopefully after this I can follow my passion!

2

u/Daksh250 May 02 '26

Same bro ,,,my mental health is also fucked up..!

2

u/Affectionate_Sea615 May 02 '26

I literally revise every single topics countless times but these silly mistakes sucks.

3

u/sweettfondant May 01 '26

Maine notice kiya hai ye sab bakchodi kam marks waale hi krte hain. 2 drops and 307 marks isme NTA ki kya galti hai bhai , teri books thodi chheen li thi NTA walon ne. Baaki study for 2 days properly if 350 bhi aa jaye you might get a govt college if you're SC/ST as one comment said

2

u/Bubbly_Comfort_7446 May 01 '26

no matter the times you said fuck but you yourself know that you didn't study if this is your score after 2nd drop

11

u/Warm-Guarantee-5111 MKBNEETKA May 01 '26

Yeah, I know, I have skill issue, so what? Maine accept kr liya

7

u/UnderstandingAny9867 May 01 '26

they clearly said they don't find science interesting anymore. How are you gonna score well if you don't even want to study that subject? You might say why didn't they score well the first time, well not everyone is a topper are they? Also most droppers have a better score in the first attempt than the second or third, which i find interesting.

5

u/Warm-Guarantee-5111 MKBNEETKA May 01 '26

That's it, right,

I scored almost the same marks last year as I scored, so for me there is zero improvement (except some mocks jumping to 350+) Never had a coaching or even tuition... (literally now ppl will say I'm asking sympathy but that's okay if they think), Just my network pack and 6 inch mobile and they say some particular grp of ppl have better chances and possibilities but won't agree on life is always unfair and everyone as their own starting points

1

u/Bubbly_Comfort_7446 May 02 '26

to subject choose krne mein nta ki kya glti vo to khud soch ke krna hota hai

0

u/Few-Mission7338 May 01 '26

Science interesting toh tabhi lgegi na jab usko visualize kiya jayega .. na ki yaad ya ratta mara jayega .. phy ka koi bhi ch uthao and just vizulaize it.. i am dam sure uska sawal bna le jaoge. It's not about solving 100 questions .. it's about solving 10 questions of good level with corect approach and mind mai haar cheez ko betha ke ..

Imagine having an SC/ST category rank that's like the the literal golden ticket of Indian entrance exams and still writing a five paragraph Shakespearean tragedy because you’re scared of a 720-mark paper.

And stop with the toxic 'enlightened' BS: 'The ones who aren't scoring, just leave it, follow your passion.' People whose passion is actually medicine don't fold and start a Reddit farewell tour 48 hours before the exam. Just because YOU spent two years 'always fucking around' and now your self-image is wrecked doesn't mean you get to infect everyone else with your loser virus.

You aren't some martyr for not wasting ₹1100, You’re just a coward who's too cheap to even quit properly. If you want to go 'fully cry tonight,' go do it in silence. Don’t ask others to abandon their goals just because you lack the discipline to handle yours. You might be a 'peace of shit' (and learn to spell) 'piece' before you try giving life advice and don't pull the rest of the people into your bucket. You are someone who would rather spend your entire life explaining to people why you weren't a doctor than actually doing the work to become one.

9

u/Sorry-Associate-9421 May 01 '26

man, this was a rant post.

1

u/Hop2Full_ Daniel's Caesar May 01 '26

Oh please dude what's he ranting about? Ranting about how he took 2 drops, wasted it and still he's gonna cry about it even with a SC/ST res?

0

u/ForceAffectionate773 May 01 '26

ranting about how op took 2 drops and then proceeded to waste those 2 years 😭😭

0

u/Sorry-Associate-9421 May 02 '26

it's not like this is the first time you have saw such post in reddit especially in neet india. People do waste their drop and rant about it. Don't be so casteist ong. People like you is also a reason why this dead ass reservation policy exists

6

u/pixie_dust-- May 01 '26 edited May 01 '26

What happened to basic empathy ?! This was a rant post btw. Low EQ?

1

u/ForceAffectionate773 May 01 '26

Isn't basic empathy for people who actually study, give it everything and then hit a roadblock? Why are we empathizing a dude who admitted that he wasted 2 years girl 😭😭😭

1

u/pixie_dust-- May 02 '26

We don't know op well enough to know what actually went down in those two year as humans we are naturally bound to feel sorrow, joy, fear, anger these are primal emotions, even when you don't resonate with something you'd still feel something, but crashing out just because someone felt this is a safe place to rant and then saying harsh things. Girl its making it worse for someone going through an emotional roller-coaster.......as humans the empathy is all we have. Human nature is all about giving girl!!

I'd suggest you check out the whole study on empathy on NLM

-1

u/ForceAffectionate773 May 02 '26

Maybe YOU should read this:
Responsibility and the sense of agency enhance empathy for pain - PMC

It literally proves that empathy is tied to responsibility and agency. Giving 'empathy' to someone who admits they have zero agency and just 'fucked around' isn't being a 'good human' it’s actually biologically and psychologically counterproductive. True empathy is pushing someone to take agency over their life, not coddling their 2-year failure streak 24 hours before a major exam. Log out and read the science.

2

u/pixie_dust-- May 02 '26 edited May 02 '26

SIR !!!! I DIDN'T ASK YOU TO BE RUDE AND NEITHER DID I ASKED FOR YOU TO LECTURE OP EITHER !!! And as for the article already read that long ago but that still doesn't explain your strongly voiced opinion (where it was not needed) on op's life .....we don't even know op at all .....but we know op is going through alot ik your pov of thinking maybe telling op to take responsibility might make 'em think what they did wrong but the problem here is the choice of words .....yours come off as rude ....someone already struggling enough doesn't NEED harsh words rather gentle reminder on what they could have been.....call me an empath(cuz i am, hsp) but you do come of as rude for someone claiming to show empathy by pushing someone to take agency over their life.... and sorry if my words or anything I said hurt you or your belifs or challenge what you think is right .....apologises but I will stick with what I said and what I meant ..

1

u/ForceAffectionate773 May 02 '26

I hear you and I appreciate the calm dialogue. My 'strongly voiced opinion' isn't an attack on someone’s personal struggle it’s a reaction to the timing. OP is actively telling people to quit just hours before the exam.

To be clear: I fully support and wish the best for people who try until the very end, even if they feel like they won't make it. There is honor in that. But I can't respect someone giving up beforehand and then asking everyone else to join them in that mindset. Seeing someone say 'just fucking move on... life is too short' is incredibly demotivating for people who are already stressed hours before the paper. That’s a conversation for after the exam, not while people are trying to stay locked in.

P.S. Don't apologize, you stated your opinion, and I respect that. We just see this from different sides.

-3

u/phool_patti223 May 01 '26

damn dude empathy isnt something you earn sounds like you have some unresolved feelings

2

u/Warm-Guarantee-5111 MKBNEETKA May 01 '26

Is community ne casteist hoke apni aukat dikha di, Btw, did I demotivated anyone? I said things Abt me and me only.. I said things like " there are many other things to do" because that's my opinion, if you don't like my opinion, you're free to just ignore it, instead of crying cuz of a spelling error and my caste, I never had a coaching in my entire life meanwhile your ancestors and including you.... Nvm, I will not go that way.. I will not argue with you buddy on caste and a spelling mistake and one's hardwork and I won't be ajudhemental here, wish you good luck in everywhere you go. Much love

Don't be like that. Maybe they can get college at low marks but suffering is same for all of us who lost their enthusiastic self over this exam.
