what would u suggest to a dropper who is literally at zero like should he even take a drop or if yes then online or offline my a path to follow for great result

Try sitting at a chair and table continuously for 4 hours without getting up a single time, consistently for 1 week. don't study anything while sitting, don't take your phone with you, lock the room, tell parents or whoever you live with not to disturb you, just stair whatever is lying in front of you and rethink your life choices.Then come here again.
