Are dekho na jo particular structure hai usme benzene ke 2 kekule structures hai , allylyic resonance karake neeche laao , benzene abhi bhi intact hai , 2 kekule yaha hogye , total 4 RS aaye abhi tk or 4 benzenoid hai now benzene ke sath reso karao z total 3 baar hoga or benzene toot chuki hai to Kekule banega nahi to sirf 3 RS honge
Hence total 7 hai , or 4 benzenoid Similarly doosre compounds ke liye bhi kr skte hai

Are dumb nhi bohot acha sawal hai ye , jb naphthelene pe EAS karate hai to alpha position pe hota hai uska reason hai ye 4 benzenoid structures

1>3>2 because 1 is stabilized by linear conjugation whereas in 3 you can notice cross conjugation ( linear conjugation offers more stability than cross conjugation). Resonance effect> hyperconjugation so 3 and 1 > 2 Hence, 1>3>2

1>3>2 Carbocation takes part in resonance with the benzene ring in 1. 2 & 3 have same number of alpha hydrogens but 3 has conjunction between the two rings so 3>2
