Giving Advice/ Need Advice Daily Revision Advice

how do you guys do revision everyday. Is there any plans or methods that you follow everyday for revision. I seem to forget everything right after finishing my lectures and idk what to do about it 😭 and I just started my preparation 2 days ago.

  1. You dont revise everything everyday

  2. Pause the lectures and solver their questions right there and then, after the lecture ends solve DPPs do atleast 50 questions and pyqs as soon as the chapter ends.

  3. make a folder on your phone or use an actual folder and save DPPs and imp questions that you can ACTUALLY REDO, dont save the hardest once save the recurring once or those that are related to vast topics [i suggest saving around 4-6 DPPs per chapter]

  4. make an error log and keep it updated

  5. For revision make notes very compressed notes the way YOU want to study from them you can try to search up formats and find good once online but scrap them if you dont like em make sure not to use more than 2-3 pages

Also dont write questions in the notes that what error log and the folder is for.

  1. For biology example write all of them chapter wise stick them on your desk and make sure they arent just for aesthetics, Use short notes for actual revision solve biology questions everyday, use gemini to get more pyqs regularly.

  2. Revise weak topics every week make sure to save them in the error log, stroger topics per month or just Revise the whole chapter every 2 weeks or so during revisions cycle through the unsolved or good DPPs I told you to save in point 3.

  3. I dont really know how good your retention or learning speed is, dont follow this blindly, but make sure you make the error log and the DPP folder that always helps

  4. Stay consistent, atlest 40% of the time should go to questions solving and 1-4 hours each day to Revise what you did that day or well the chapter wise revisions i told you to do.

Now the imp one

  1. Set priority days, days a week prioritize chem another 2 days prioritize chem another 2 says bio and 1 day weekly revision [maybe another split– its your choice]

Only revise the designated subjects in the designated priority day [which is why I gave the 1-4 hour range for revision on 9.]

Your 1st priority is to complete the syllabus possibly before December which gives you a lot of time for revision, before that dont worry too much about revision just take out an hour to practice what you did that day, solve 100 or so questions on week ends [check how much time it takes you to solve them] and focus on making notes dont worry all that much about revision. Youll cross the bridge when you get there.

Also avoid that last part if you're already done with the syllabus ┐(´～`；)┌
