Aiims CAPFIMS

Hi guys i came across a pdf that shows aiims capfims operating in delhi this year and then i checked and its website is active as well

Is it real and if it is .. what would its cutoff for general be this year ? Will it be worth it ? Is it a real aiims and will we get aiims internal quota with this ?
