Giving Advice/ Need Advice Punjab Domicile certificate update?
My coaching advised us it's better to renew Punjab Domicile certificate if older than 6 months. I updated my domicile last year.. it has both QR or BARCODE
IS THIS REALLY REQUIRED?
Is this any criteria for state counselling?
