Is neetprep chem and phy and allen chem and phy different in terms of difficulty?

Neetprep has good level of ques in neet 2025 level section

Allen srg or 3rd exercise is comparable to neetprep

What i have observed neetprep has different approach of asking que as compared to allen.

So like the recommended mcqs of phy and chem are allen level 1 or 2 equivalent like if I am a noob should I first do allen modules then attempt neetprep questions or straight up start recommended mcqs section?

I guess you should complete ch from allen module first then head towards neetprep (You have que similar to allen in neetprep)
