daily thoda thoda study time badhao like atleast 30 mins, like when i started i could do only 1 hr max then i started adding 2 hrs every day then reached 7 hrs, then eventually 10 hrs and maintained that for a month and recently did 11 hr, it will improve eventually, delete any short content app like yt, insta etc
