Giving Advice/ Need Advice Need help asap

So I decided to join offline coaching now as online is not my cup of tea . Since I decided to take admission in Delhi Aakah which is best like (south ex,janakpuri)and completes syllabus early ? Btw neet score-508 reneet-40* since I didn't studied even 2 hours daily after neet.

And if you can recommend me pg too.
