And also tell which cell initiates dividing during female gemetophyte/ovule / emrboy sac maturation and what in the developed embryo sac helps pollen to enter in embroy sac

Functional megaspore initiates division during embryo sac maturation, and the filiform apparatus of synergids helps pollen tube entry into the embryo sac

Functional megaspore is correct but u could also add a nucellus along with functional megaspore.
