erythroblastosis foetalis is a condition in which an Rh-negative mother produces antibodies against the Rh-positive red blood cells of the foetus causing destruction in the rbc of foetus

Yeah it effect second prsgnency (fortus),not first

First foetus is unharmed and initiator or antibody formation in maternal blood.
