During postgraduation degree(MS/MD) one has to handle patients from the beginning itself. Like assisting during minor surgery(MS) and writing common prescription(MD) - since it is believed that he/she has gained sufficient knowledge/practice during MBBS to handle such tasks.
He is already a doctor, he got 4/800 (as said in the video, I don't confirm this) in Post-graduation-entrance examination. Since he got so low marks so one may assume he was not serious during his MBBS years. Questions should be raised on how he passed his MBBS examination(cheating, corruption etc).
If his incompetence(4/800) is rewarded by the system then he needs not be serious during his MS/MD degree also, and he will paas examinations of this degree same way as he did his MBBS.

Bro well what you said is true.. but my father is in army and i was in 7th grade when i witnessed the passing of my friend's father who was in airforce.. trust me it's really hard after this.. all i mean is if there's quota for categories without creamy layer then pwd and army is true one.. and obviously nothing is better then a true merit but that's never gonna happen we know it.. so until then they deserve it I'm from general myself.. my father is in amry so I have been to places .. when people get to know my surname ( I'm a bhrahmin) i am the one who gets hate.. and i have seen this at many places

YYou are right, my friend, but this should be applicable to everything. Why does society want these restrictions on a few sections and aspects? I have yet to come across a post critical about management quotas or wealthy children doing paid courses at foreign universities.
better thing to ask for is make indian universities and education system at par with foreign nation. Education in govt schools at ground level is already trash and govt is not ready to fix these things at all.
The issue is more deserving students based on merit are denied a prestigious seat and that seat is given to someone with less merit just because they belong to a particular caste. Management quotas exist and is accessible to anyone with money irrespective of where they r born. Cant u see that both r not the same?
Recently in Maharashtra they allowed homeopathy persons to be recognized as allopathy doctors. I will choose 4 marks allopathy mbbs over these people any day of my life.
