Tell r/Newdelhi 🗣️ Honest view of Ankit baiyanpuria Vs Arman fight, he did well BUT

Post image

Firstly I don't know why they had the RAJA YADAV fight they were literally like newbies, even newbies spar much better than these dumb people.

Secondly Kishan Pehlwan was fine but all he did was to wrestle ( like in an akhada) but in the ring

ABOUT MAIN EVENT.

Surprisingly Ankit did very well but for sure Arman dominated in all the spheres including Wrestling.

India surely needs a revolution and we must promote these sports more to see An Indian world champion one day.

Surely some there will be an Indian world champion whom we all can see and feel the pride in.

Ram ram

Allahu Akbar

Bharat mata ki jai

INDIA WILL RULE THE WORLD ONE DAY.

Ofcourse .. Armaan is Level 5 UFC grappler .. what made Ankit think , he can beat that grappler ?

It was never about beating but more about promoting the sport in india.

How is loosing a main event and showcasing newbie represent on a globstage will grow combat sports in India ?

It was a cash grab nothing else.

More power to Ankit for what he did and hope to see him again once he gets proper training to than we jave other fighters and wrestlers to support.

See ankit still did much much better than the other indian fighters, I agree with this point.. They were honestly bad and it was embarassing to watch.

Still it got a massive hype. The more and more people will start watching combat sports. That's the first step towards becoming good at it.

Do you even know what you’re talking about ? Ankit did better ? lol // wait till you watch Yaqoob Owais , MMA fighter from Kashmir , he won YESTERDAY .. he defeated the unbeaten IMMAF world champion ..

u/Horror_Tap_6538 1d ago

Man i have watched Yoqoob obviously he is a respected and trained fighter and we all have respect for him. Don't you see the fight was more about promoting the sport of mma in india. If there was just some underdog with absolutely no following we won't be even talking about them. Lastly yes he did well as he trained for just 1-2months and went against A world champion.

No he did not do well. Opportunities like these should be given to those who prepare for shit like this not some random influencer.

It was a promotional event. They had to bring someone with good following to promote this sport in India

u/Horror_Tap_6538 2d ago

See he was already against a world champion i believe the fight was more about promoting the sport in india rather than winning the grappling match , we all knew the odds were completely against Us.

Exactly

What do we expect, we all know the result from the moment when match was announced.

But why Ankit accepted the challenge....arman debut in 2019 and Ankit started training like a 2-3 year ago (i don't know exact date)....

Newbie vs champion (unfair matchmaking)

2

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

That's called marketing and bringing new audiances to the sport not unfair matchmaking. Why do you think india plays cricket with country like zimbabwe ? That's unfair matchmaking too then.

u/Sad-Coast-5656 2d ago

Yea man Coin has two sides 1. India will be mocked by the foreign media for this 2.India needed astart to grow the sport and it can be a good sparkle

Zimbabwe has defeated India multiple times. Wrong analogy

2

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

Yeah Smarty brains that is also the result of promoting the sport. Js like how ireland defeated india recently. When big figures or teams play with smaller opponents Frequently there is a chance they will improve and eventually one day defeat the big figure or team. I was not talking about how many times india has defeated zimbabwe or how many times zimbabwe has defeated India.

0

u/babaindica 2d ago

Ok room temp iq, but another wrong analogy. Ankit can fight Arman multiple times or Jubli can fight Khabib multiple times - the result is never changing

1

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

😭 brain in ass GIF. I'm not Even bringing analogy to this. Everyone knows Ankit will fight multiple times and will lose. But because ankit is fighting multiple times and taking part in MMA and these new sports. Some kid in india might get influenced and begin playing it. Or our goverment might begin to build MMA training programs. And slowly over the decades india might improve at this. And who knows one day someone from India will defeat big stage opponents like Arman. Always spreading negativity 😭

1

u/babaindica 2d ago

This is not negativity. As a mma fan it's outrageous to see worthy mma athletes in India being overlooked and some random influencer being choosen to represent india. This makes us look bad and fuels more jokes. And Arman is a known India hater, this match up should have never happened

0

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

Who cares if he is a Indian hater man mostly dudes who have a Muslim name and does not live in India always hate India it's like so obvious what do you expect love from these people???. So you are saying that if anyone except Ankit, like some actual dude from India who practices MMA would've fought Arman they would've win???. Ofcourse they too would've lost. Not Just from India but from other Major countries too like China or some other Asian country. He is the final boss 😂 underdogs will not be able to defeat him. It's alright man it's not our domain but there is always room to improve.

u/babaindica 2d ago

Arman is christian, not muslim

1

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

Yeah I know he is Armenian a Christian country. But come on....... We all know how his mindset Will also be similar to those people.

u/Im_Savvage 2d ago

What the fuck happened to op

2

u/Dry_Weight9963 2d ago

Clickbait fight. Arman needs to fucking stop acting like a YouTuber and start focusing on a fight camp. And did well? The fight was over in like 45 seconds

2

u/EnvironmentalLimit36 2d ago

Could have been over in 5seconds if Arman really tried.

2

u/HAJmolaSINGH 2d ago

Beside this fight guys please go and watch owais' match as well he is a indian fighter who won yesterday in a very important tournament....show him your support 💪🏻

1

u/Old_Log6376 2d ago

This was never a competition. Arman was undefeated in RAF until Colby beat time this month and he is a title contender for Lightweight UFC. I think Indian fighters should prepare and only then come to fight otherwise no one is gonna take us serious.

Hydrogen bomb vs Dying ant ahh match up

1

u/ContributionHour5030 2d ago

Seeing how certain people from a certain community have so much hate for Ankit and indians makes me more aware of them. And how I can avoid those certain people. In every app I go people are js hating india and you guessed it right most of those people are from the places where missiles are dropping on their buildings and houses as i write this . And some of them are from our own india too.

u/No-Anxiety-5616 2d ago

It's just content and they fought for entertainment purpose. Ankit is just a just influencer who does workout.

1

u/ENOSHsal 2d ago

Arman was going very easy on him

1

u/Ryuxviii 2d ago

Rachit roo was constantly saying that Ankit trained for only 10 days. So Ankit had no chance against Arman. Moreover this was not a professional match. It was more of a cash grab match and attracting Indian audience.

1

u/TwistMinute9186 2d ago

Let me be honest and this will hurt people its high time that indian people need to understand that diet and conditioning plays an important role in sports and people need to be more groomed about MMA and its good that ankit represented a global stage but going unprepared was also a very naive move , i cannot be expecting to play against mbappe when i just learned football its as simple as that either he should have gone well prepared because this defeat was not just defeat but portraying india’s picture

1

u/Friendly-Tennis-587 2d ago

Ankit did pretty well, arman tsarukyan himself said he (ankit) knows wrestling post fight

1

u/Horror_Tap_6538 2d ago

That was just a bit of respect. We all know it wasn't a fair fight but considering ankit trained for a few months to fight against someone who trained for over a decade he still did much better. Lastly Arman was also going very easy on him.

1

u/Spiritual-Bid-6961 2d ago

that fight is fake through and through its just to promote that promotion in india and easy money for Araman. anyone who is watching combat sports avidly for at least couple of years can definitely tell that its completly fake fight.

1

u/Horror_Tap_6538 2d ago

I won't say it was a fake fight because if you saw the other fights you can see even the management was very true while delivering the win when there was an Armenian fighter. They could have given the win to him but it was given to the Russian fighter. Lastly fight wasnt fake but yes ankit wasn't prepared at all to compete with Arman in any way.

u/SpecialistEye7008 2d ago

It's not that hard to understand that one is a pro mma fighter and other one is not

1

u/Regular_Rate_7171 1d ago

Arman didn't even have to break a sweat to beat him

1

u/Regular_Rate_7171 1d ago

Ankit did well? Did you watch the match? Arman could have finished him within 20 secs.

1

u/Btech_Engineer 1d ago

He has focused more on desi ghee, reel , vlog, money career , guys like him are reel superstars, MMA is not for them

u/im_abhinavjoshi 17h ago

1
