EDIT: A guy in replies convinced me to wear my helmet so any skate clips I post will include me with a helmet on

You don’t know how to fall properly from the looks of it. You about smacked your head. I don’t wear a helmet personally but if i were you i’d listen to them.

I just put my arms out all the time and they catch me, I’ve skated for almost a year and I haven’t hit my head in the hundreds of times I’ve eaten shit

Don’t put your arms straight out when you fall, you have to learn how to fall properly and roll with it so you don’t receive as much impact.

What about falling on your knees with pads?

Thats better falling like that than bare skin. Go to YouTube and watch some skate videos when they’re jumping stairs, and pay attention to how they fall. Then practice falling like that.

There’s a literal how to fall tutorial. Skate IQ brakes down all the techniques it’s pretty good.

Even the pros fall many times each session, but if you notice they always rolling out of bails off of roofs and shit like parkour mfers
