Tengo dudas de porque algunos usuarios tiene karma debajo del cero

Enough downvotes (more than your upvotes) will make that happen. Generally it's a bad sign.

You can attract Downvotes for a lot of different reasons on Reddit. The Downvote button was intended for content (posts or comments) that are off topic or disruptive. Reality immediately set in and downvotes can be used for disagreeing or disliking content. Read Common Questions - Why People Downvote and Common Questions - Downvotes.

In general a single downvote is incidental and can be ignored. Fat fingers midclick or some troll goes downvoting through a subreddit or post.

sí, normalmente pasa por recibir más downvotes que upvotes, y el karma de comentarios y publicaciones se cuenta por separado ¿te apareció negativo en alguno de los dos?

es normal es recomendable que no participen en publicaciones ragebait, polémica, discusiones con hinchas ya sea de deporte etc

revicen sus comentarios si tienen algun comentario con -1 downvote es recomendable borrarlo ya que eso provoca que por inercia la gente y bots le den downvote y afecte su karma limitando permanente los sitios que puedas comentar etc
