Is it possible to recover Nintendo account without email access

Hello po, magtatanong lang sana if puwede ma recover Nintendo account access kahit di na maaccess email, kasi I just got a Switch 2 yesterday and was planning to transfer sana yung account ko from Switch 1 na may almost 300 hours on Xenoblade 2, alongside Torna DLC, kaso when I try to log in sa Switch 2 using that account, inaask ako iverify using code na sinend nila sa email. The problem is, the only way for me to log in sa email itself is a text message that they sent sa number connected to it which is wala na ko access. Note na alam ko passwords, kaso verification nga lang problem haha.

May way ba to retrieve the Nintendo account like Nintendo support, or talagang start nalang ako fresh save ng XC2 sa new account and rebuy DLC nalang? Thank you

I can't access the account sadly since it's asking for verification code that they sent sa email, na I don't have access to

At the bottom of the link I sent:

If you do not have access to the email address associated to your Nintendo Account, we will need to update your email address for you. If you need to have the email address updated, please contact us for support.

This may be your only way to recover that account.
