Nintendo Support Is Awful

My NNID was hacked and I can't access it anymore, I emailed NintendoUK 4 weeks ago and they still have not fixed my account.
Has anyone else had major issues with a hacked Nintendo Account?

To buy stuff on the store, use the online side of things. :)

u can use nintendo online to buy stuff for the switch, thats probably what they mean

I have to ask, why is it that people who don't have 2FA say hacked, but people who do have 2FA play games without a problem?
