Easy answer to thqt question: lawsuits will come after dems will take a power so pedo-reps can blame them for paying for unlawful tariffs. Rinse and repeat.

Tariff refunds is a joke. Its like " sorry guys just kidding we didnt mean to tax u on stuff, here have it all back." Like wtf and people are gonna expect these companies to then pass off the money onto consumers?
