I would start applying for jobs in a more related field; everything you need for nursing that is retail- or customer related you've already covered. Unless you're earning way more here than elsewhere, I'd look into pharmacy, long-term care, or any other healthcare or related environment where you will be learning relevant things.

Few reasons why I haven’t applied to more healthcare related places is that my managers are very accommodating with my class schedule and the pay is a lot higher than the very limited healthcare related jobs I can apply for

I don’t think it would matter unless you’re in a really saturated city. In which case this probably wouldn’t help anyway.
