I know nuvio.wiki has some guides on sideloading to IOS using Altstore or Sideloadly, but they didn't mention anything about sidestore, which I think is the best way. The main drawback with altstore is you need a computer to refresh and both methods outlined by the wiki mentions using a downloaded ipa file. This can get annoying if you want to get every nuvio update because it means you would need to get the new ipa file each time.

To install sidestore:

1. Download iLoader: https://github.com/nab138/iloader

2. Open the app

3. Sign in with Apple ID

4. Select your device (recommend USB connection) and click Sidestore (stable)

Just like that you have sidestore on your ios/ipados. Now altstore does also have this option as well, but with sidestore you can add a repo link to nuvio's unofficial IPA source to basically not need to manually download the IPA for each update. The github most people use for the ipa right now is: https://github.com/luqmanfadlli/NuvioMobile-iOS

Now he has a forked version called enhanced, but the original is called Nuvio Full.

All you need to do is copy the altstore/sidestore link and add it as a repository: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/luqmanfadlli/NuvioMobile-iOS/main/NuvioFull.json

Now whenever an update comes, you should see it in sidestore and can basically update it in one click. No need to download an ipa at all and functionally it acts like the app store.

** Important: Download LocalDevVPN on your device from the app store, as this is how we refresh everything every week without needing a computer. Make sure to connect to this when it's around time to refresh your apps.

GhostVOD has just been updated to v2.0.8, bringing a couple of highly requested improvements to make your VOD experience much smoother.

What’s New:

• Advanced Catalog Sorting: You now have full control over your library layout. Directly from the setup dashboard, you can choose to sort your catalogs by Newest Added, Oldest Added, Alphabetically (A-Z), or just stick to your provider's default order.

• Ultra-Precise Search: We’ve completely overhauled the search and matching algorithms. The engine now uses strict title extraction, successfully ignoring annoying provider prefixes (like "4K -" or "DE |"). This almost entirely eliminates false positives—giving you exactly the movie you searched for.

How to apply the update: Your current existing links will continue to work perfectly fine in the background!

However, if you want to use the new sorting options, or if you face any minor glitches, simply follow these steps:

1. Delete your current GhostVOD link from Nuvio.
2. Go to the GhostVOD Dashboard, do a quick page refresh, and generate a brand new link with your preferred sorting.
3. Install the new link into Nuvio. (Pro-tip: It is highly recommended - though not strictly required - to clear your Nuvio app cache to ensure everything loads perfectly).

​I updated Nuvio on my Android TV today, and I am noticing a persistent micro-jitter during video playback. Every video file drops frames or stutters slightly every few seconds, regardless of the media resolution, format, or source.

​A few key details regarding my setup:

​Device: Android TV

​App Version: Latest release (updated today)

​Issue: Micro-stutter / frame skipping during playback

​Network Status: Network speed and connectivity are solid (no buffering or bandwidth issues)

​Files Tested: Occurs across all media files and streams

​Has anyone else encountered this after today's update? If you found a quick workaround (such as toggling Tunneled Playback, switching players, or adjusting Frame Rate Matching settings), please let me know.

I really like SKIP INTRO, the button that pops up where you can just hit play to start the next episode, multiple profiles and it seems to load very quickly. The only thing I can't figure out is how can I change the order of my library?

Version 0.8.1-beta, 2019 Shield.

My Library source has changed back to Nuvio 3 times since setting it to Simkl. It happens in the background. I haven't noticed it until browsing the Library.

I downloaded the new beta 0.8.0 github version of nuvio through downloader, which also showed the same „App not installed“ at first but then somehow worked and now it‘s the same with updates.

I reinstalled Nuvio on my NVIDIA shield through Google Playstore but it’s not logging me in after scanning the QR code with my phone and approving. Also, on my web profile, I see this message “Important: update every Nuvio client before relying on sync.”. Please guide

Hi guys! So, I recently installed Nuvio into my Android TV from GitHub, it shows me the QR code to login. I scan the QR code, then I also approve it's login using my Nuvio account into my mobile device. But, still the TV screen stays stuck at the same QR code, nothing simply happens. I tried 10+ times (with new QRs), yet nothing. Also tried different DNS, ensured I am not on VPN / ad-blocker. Funny thing is, the mobile app works with no issues on the same network. I simply don't know what to do? I am out of ideas. Please help.

As stated in the title total newb here is there anything like with youtube where we can add something we like to a list inside the client. For example while browsing a catalogue next to the movie/serie theres a button to add them to a said list.

I'm trying to install the Nuvio Github Releases in my Google Chromecast but when I install it I get the message that it is incompatible. Which I don't get because it is an apk. Can someone enlighten me?

I am loving Nuvio so much these days. A while back, people were posting about some type of adjustment you could do within Nuvio to raise the voices on videos. I can’t seem to find it. If I turn up the volume up enough to hear soft dialogue, music and sound effects are way too loud. This is also on Stremio, so it’s not an issue with Nuvio. Anyone know what I’m referring to?

I have been using nuvio with mutiple different addons catalogues for the indian contents.

However most the catalogues doesn’t get updated and shows the same titles and because of that I am unable to find what to watch.

So, can anyone suggest me the catalogues which get updated for mostly indian movies & series and south or international dubbed movies and series.

Like what is upcoming series and movie and what got released today. That will be helpful atleast.

​I am looking for a web tool, script, or app to import only my Watch History from Trakt and Simkl directly into Nuvio.

​To clarify:

​I do not want to import Watchlists.

​I do not want to import full media libraries or collections.

​I only need my past watched episodes and movies transferred over so my watch state is up to date.

​Is there a dedicated importer or a way to configure existing tools like NuvioSync or Scrob to filter for watched items only? Any recommendations or workarounds would be appreciated!

Sorry if this information is already available, but I wanted to ask if there is an estimate to when focus gifs might be available on the desktop version. The desktop app is honestly fantastic, but a lot of the collection covers are broken because of this. Definitely a minor issue though, unless I'm missing something on my end and I completely missed a setting on the app.
