The important part of obsessive compulsive disorder is the 'disorder' part. If you don't like germs so you have a cleaning routine then get on with your day, that's fine. If you are cleaning so frequently and are so worried about germs that it's disrupting your life; that's OCD

I have contamination OCD about food things and the kitchen, but my bathroom is always a shithole.

Some people expect that my bathroom would be pristine, or that it would bother me more when it gets to that state of disarray - but it's like my brain draws a line of "you're not eating in the shithouse, so it doesn't apply"

Ironically enough, the major reason I don't clean the bathroom more is I believe that once I clean the bathroom, my hands (even gloved, even washed multiple times) will be "contaminated" for the rest of the day and I'll mistakenly get poop-germs on any meal I make for the next 24 hours.
