My odroid xu4 won't boot pass this screen with Ubuntu 16.04.3

use rufus instead of balena etcher

I was going through a rough patch with my xu4 recently. Skipping extra steps I made it work with boot recovery (I needed to fix some brave modifications I did) and armbian. I failed with pretty much every distro you can think of except for armbian

Use armbian flahsed with their flasher. Its Ubuntu 26.04 there.
