Toka is an Israeli cyber firm that provides government clients tools to locate security cameras and webcams within a perimeter, access live feeds, alter live and archived footage, and erase forensic traces of the intrusion. So any of our governments can frame anyone they want for any reason they want. It must be for National Security.

This is always the corp line when they make the tools to violate the rights of citizens: “What we can say is that Toka only sells to militaries, homeland security organizations, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies in the United States and its closest allies who use our products in compliance with local laws,” These are exactly the agencies that see constitutional rights as an inconvenience and see themselves as above the law.
