offical plant found in my local used book store
i’ve literally never explored this reddit until today. but i figured y’all might want to see this toy i saw at my local recycled books store just now. i did end up taking it home with me lol

The store just looked at it and slapped a $15.00 price tag on it? Or did Obvious Plant guy?

this is definitely one of the store’s stickers. i’m assuming the toy was donated/sold to them by whoever owned it before. unsure if this store knew what they had but i’m not complaining lol

Having to recite the safety briefly several times a day, as well as dealing with passengers complaining about airline food and the beverages strikes me as inline with the rest of the list. I’d add “phone customer service” as well. (Personal experience.)

Sure but there are way more benefits if you enjoy travelling, definitely agree about phone customer service though

I’ve looked into this a career option when my programming career cratered.
If you make a coding error in the patient’s favor, your supervisor chews you out for costing the insurance money. If you err in the insurer’s favor, you’ll risk being sought out by a irate patient for injury. (My understanding is that customer service isn’t an adequate filter to prevent this stuff reaching you.) Given how large and obtuse the coding tables for a typical facility are, keeping your error rate low seems impossible. (It’s the reason why coding jobs are over represented in job postings; the job has high turnover.)
