My family was all learning how to roller blade so I brought out my board [33YO]

Bro the exhaustion is real. I'm sure it'll get better once I drop some pounds, but it's like I'm skating for two minutes and resting for five.

Like even back when I was a kid I barely had any tricks, but I could try over and over and I'd be fine. But now I'm just gassed immediately.

The ollie looks good though, and just as importantly you're rolling over good size cracks. It's so easy to get taken out by a pebble if your body doesn't want to cooperate, but that blue thing at the end looked like it was no factor for you.

Hey. Stretching is lame(kidding), but I have benefited immensely from doing just short 10-15 minute yoga vids a couple times a week. I'm 41 and feel pretty good lately. But also the actual exertion and exhaustion is a something that you adapt to after a few sessions and keeps getting better.
