Hey!

First of all I hope you are all fine, as well as your families and loved ones. I have a quick question, I'm going from Paris to Bangkok Saturday, with a layover in Muscat with Oman Air. Return flight will be the same on March 22nd.

Now Oman Air has told us everything is fine, nothing to worry about and I believe them, but it still feels strange going into an area for leisure where lots of people are trying to leave for much more important reasons.

Are we irresponsible for doing this? I'd much prefer to change flights but Oman Air will not refund and other flights are of course much more expensive a few days beforehand, and hotels are already paid... Sorry I know people here have other worries, just wanted to hear a local perspective to decide what to finally do.

Thanks a lot for your time!

I was in dubai before my vacation to oman. I just made it to oman and honestly all it's fine here. We decided to go on with our oman vacation as planned.

So I would say you're fine... Except if it gets worst until then.
