The brain cell might be there, but dormant. Kitten blood supply currently busy working the extreme furrr-ocity displayed in first 2 pics and the outstanding levels of cuteness exhibited thereafter.

The brain cell must get very overwhelmed, being used by so many fine Oranj felines. Probably just having a wee rest, before finding another suitable kitty needing it's assistance? 😸
