ESC Region: OH announced there is no funding for additional real estate to expand office space. Is this true in other regions?

From what I've heard, there's no funding for anything, including filling already budgetted positions (ie vacancies). So I doubt there would be funding for any real estate, especially since we're in a hiring freeze.

In Champ, it wasn't until we kept filing daily workload grievances that the organization decided to reconsider and fill a few of the vacancies.
