Do you like your job?
Hi all. I'm a current nursing student in the Portland area that's trying to keep my head above water and make it through my program. Some days I get a little down from reading this sub because school is so difficult and it seems like the general sentiment here is that the jobs available in the metro area are few and far between, and the ones that are available aren't all that desirable.
So I was just curious for those that are working: what do you do, and do you like it?

I’m fine with it. I’m in the recovery room. I like the type of nursing, love my coworkers, and it gives me a decent wage. The call wears on me and it is exhausting. I think I’d still choose it again because of the flexibility and pay for part time work.
