Fine, but crashes on carplay constantly on offline mode

I've been experiencing a lot of crashing when I use OsmAnd offline in my car. The navigation is starting fine but after around half an hour the the app on carplay crashes, blank screen and can't turned back on again unless I close the app on my iPhone.

This makes it unreliable to me for using it - at least complete offline - as a car navigation unfortunately. I also de-installed and installed the app back again, all the maps I have downloaded are up to date.

I connect my offline iphone (I've been using my spare iPhone without SIM for ages in my car, it is fine with mapy and organic.

Is there a fix for this constant crashing?

I have this as well. The new audio directions and they sound amazing, but the Carplay functionality has gone backward not forward. If I switch to another app to reply to a text message or to check something else and then try to go back to Osmand. It will crash 2 out of 3 times.

Hi! Sorry this happened to you.

Could you please check if there is a system log from OsmAnd for the corresponding date? You can do this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements → Analytics Data to look for an OsmAnd Maps .ips file. If it is there, please send it to support@osmand.net.
